I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I’ve been told it was a boiling carnival night in February of 1970.
Like many, my first contact with photography was thanks to my father, who first taught me about it when I was a teenager. Together we took some basic classes at a local photo club in Buenos Aires; at that time, digital didn’t exist, so we not only learned the basics of composition and exposure, but also darkroom techniques. It was fun and we really enjoyed doing it. I was hooked.
I moved to Miami in January 2001. I love this magic city,“The Gateway to the Americas” – its people, the multiracial culture, and everything that goes around it.
Being able to look at those photos almost immediately was marvelous. That trip and that camera were the sparks that reignited my passion. It wasn’t long before I bought my first DSLR. The basics were the same, with new things to learn and better tools. I never put down the camera again.

I’ve been shooting stock photography for a good number of years now. I’ve shot assignments and commercial work, lifestyle campaigns, travel features, and architectural and real estate projects. But what I love the most and lust over about the craft are the creative opportunities to capture the essence of places, the soul of people. Photography gives me the chance to show the world through my eyes, the way I see it, the way I feel it.
I created this website to showcase my personal work, travel experiences, and adventures.

Nací en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Según me cuentan, fue una noche de carnaval calurosa, en Febrero de 1970.
Para mi también, como a tantos otros, el primer contacto con la fotografía ha sido gracias a mi padre. Juntos, tomamos clases en un foto club. Por aquel entonces, la fotografía digital no existía, con lo cual, no solo aprendimos acerca de reglas básicas de composición y exposición, sino también técnicas de cuarto oscuro, revelado e impresión. Realmente nos divertimos haciéndolo. La fotografía logró captivarme desde mi adolescencia.
En Enero del 2001 me mudé a Miami. Me encanta la magia de esta ciudad, “El portal de las Americas” su gente, la cultura y todo lo que la rodea.
Luego de un tiempo alejado de la fotografía, redescubrí mi pasión por el arte en el 2004. Unos días antes de un viaje de negocios a Alemania compré una cámara digital compacta. Pronto, me encontré tomando fotos a todos lados, tener la cámara en el bolsillo y poder ver los resultados en forma casi inmediata me resultó extraordinario. Ese viaje, fue el detonador que encendió la llama nuevamente. No pasó mucho tiempo para que comprara mi primer cámara reflex digital. Las reglas básicas eran las mismas, pero con tantas cosas nuevas por aprender y mejores herramientas nunca mas dejé la cámara.
Hace ya unos cuantos años que me encuentro produciendo material para stock. He realizado diferentes proyectos para diversos clientes, editorial, campañas de publicidad, viajes y arquitectura. Pero sin duda lo que mas me cautiva acerca de esto, es la posibilidad de capturar en forma creativa la esencia de un lugar, la idiosincracia de su gente. La fotografía me da la oportunidad de mostrar el mundo a través de mis ojos, la forma en que lo veo, la forma en que lo siento.
La idea principal de este website es mostrar mi trabajo, aventuras y experiencias.
